Refund Policy

Summary: Refunds may be initiated within 7 days of payment for a 50% refund of the subscription fee. No refunds are provided for requests made after 7 days.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated within 7 days of the subscription payment. Eligible refunds are subject to a 50% processing fee (i.e., a 50% refund of the payment will be issued). No refunds will be provided for requests made after 7 days from the date of payment.

Beyond this 7-day eligibility window, all subscription fees, one-time payments, and credit purchases are non-refundable once processed, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchase or unintended plan upgrade
  • Partial use of the subscription period after the first 7 days
  • Unused credits remaining at the end of a billing cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or campaign results
  • Technical issues on the customer's sending infrastructure (SMTP, DNS, inbox)
  • Changes in business needs or team size
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our platform delivers immediate value the moment a subscription is activated: AI pipeline capacity is reserved, sending infrastructure is provisioned, credits are credited to your account, and plan-gated features are unlocked. The marginal cost of these resources is incurred at the time of purchase, not at the time of use.

Offering refunds would make it economically impossible to maintain the quality and reliability of the infrastructure that every customer depends on. Our pricing is designed to reflect actual operational costs, and we believe this is the most transparent and sustainable approach.

3. Free Trial

Every new account receives 100 free credits with no payment required. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the platform thoroughly during your trial period before committing to a paid plan. The trial is designed to give you a complete picture of the platform's capabilities.

If your trial credits are exhausted before your evaluation is complete, contact us at contact.cyberarcmsp@gmail.com and we will consider extending your trial at our sole discretion.

4. Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged again after cancellation is processed. However:

  • Access continues until period end: Your plan features and remaining credits remain active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not immediately revoke access.
  • No pro-rata refund: We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
  • Credits expire on downgrade: Unused credits that exceed the credit allowance of the downgraded plan are forfeited upon downgrade or plan expiry.

5. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan mid-cycle, your new plan activates immediately. The remaining days of your lower plan are not refunded or credited. Your next billing date will be reset based on the upgrade date.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), your account will not be immediately suspended. We allow a brief grace period during which you should update your payment method. If payment is not recovered during the grace period, your plan may be downgraded to the Trial tier and access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved. Failed charges are not refunded.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at contact.cyberarcmsp@gmail.com before filing a dispute with your card issuer. We will investigate promptly and, if a genuine billing error occurred, we will correct it. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to grant credit adjustments or exceptions at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified platform outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours that prevented all sending). Such exceptions are not guaranteed and do not constitute a general refund policy. Any exceptions granted are issued as account credits, not monetary refunds.

9. Governing Terms

This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
